Terms of Service The terms of service is an agreement that a user adheres to in order to use the system in which is granted by the provider under the conditions dictated. It is the responsibility of the user to follow the guidelines stated in a terms of service agreement. Any violation of terms of service agreement can and usually results in a suspension or exclusion of using the system in which the provider allows the user to use. A Terms of Service agreement protects both the user and the provider to allow a better use of the system without it being used to compromise or corrupt the intended purpose and intention of the system.
